Ok the company dispatched my order within a day but I didn't get what I ordered which was 5 x 15ml strong poppers. With no consultation about a substitute I received 1 x 25ml strong poppers which is far lower quantity and cost. No reply to emails or on-line web account, Phoned the Manchester UK phone number and a recorded message in an American accent told me the person at the extension (which was a different number quoted to what I rang) was not available.
In summary........substitute goods of lower quantity and value; no reply to emails or on line messages; incorrect phone number on website.
Is this company complying with the law???????
