i bought Michael Kors online last Dec 07,2012, I thought it's a real MK bag they are selling but NO, I was so furious when I got the bags I know they don't look real but still I brought the bags to MK store (customer care service) & they confirmed that the bags are but imitations. Sent an email letting them know that I want to send them back the bags & refund my money back but they told me they can't refund in full cause they have to deduct the shipping fee & bank fee... I guess this is not fair to customers... Plus I guess they know that selling imitations are prohibited by law...
Can you please help me to let MK owner know that Cmaem online store are selling MK imitations...
Thanks for your help.. We need to stop this unlawful business.... It's not really fair to everybody...
