Ordered a canada goose chilliwack jacket from canadagooseoutletsa.com. A made-in-Canada item according to the web site.
A package arrived Dec 21, 2012 via DHL. Had to pay $20 broker fee (first clue). The package was shipped from China and the contents were listed as "Ladies polyester dress". OhOh.
A jacked was enclosed but it was obviously a fake (no holigram, hood was lined with synthetic fur that came off on your fingers it touched). "Made in Canada label on the jacket.
Wrote back to them an got a reply that said too bad. No refunds.
I checked out a few other sites on the web with similar names. Several have the same guy posing in a jacked so obviously these people, based in China (I checked the IP) have many sites to scam us.

- Hi Hank. The exact same thing just happened to me from the exact same site! (just a different style of coat - mine was $307). Can you please tell me how you rectified this?
