I ordered a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Solo headphones for my 11 year old grandson for Christmas. I placed the order though this website "www.beatsofdre.com" a supposed " offical authorized site for Monster Beats Headphones by Dr. Dre and Monster Cables Inc.". Problem #1 is this I ordered red and black they came yellow and black w/ a red cord. Problem #2 they looked used with small scratches, box is dented and clearly shows sign of abuse or at least use. I get nothing in my attempt to reach anyone. Can someone help
