I applied for a payday loan and was denied. I then received a charge for 30.00 from this company. When I called I was told this was a membership fee (which I did not authorize to join) and that the membership guarantees me approval of a loan ( which according to them I was not approved for any, so again why are you charging me?) I told them I did not authorize this membership and then he said that I was sent emails confirming my membership and once I informed him I did not receive any emails from there company the rep could not provide me with duplicates or a date/ time when they supposedly sent the email confirmation. I told them I wanted my money back and was told they will give me a refund but it could take up to 20 days for me to receive my money back. I also called my back to dispute this fraudulent charge and also filed a complaint with the BBB. If you need to call the pmt protect company the number is 1-888-897-8045
