I called the company to have the $30 refunded and they essentially said that the only way to get the $30 back was to get a loan from them. Otherwise, they will cancel my account but will not refund my $30. I NEVER applied for this so called loan. So this is completely fraudulent. I don't know how they got my banks info. This is unreal.
