I ordered some Converse shoes from an online store http://www.converseukstore.co.uk/
I received an order confirmation and also received an email on 11/14 from yourspay saying that my order was shipped through EMS www.ems.com.cn/english.html. When I checked tracking info it said that my order was delivered and signed for by me.
I have send numerous emails to yourspay.com ([email protected]), EMS world shipping and online at the converse store. No one ever replied. Is there anything I can do?
