I got charges on my acct for 34.85 plus a .10 charge exactly a week prior to that, i was told that i had appplied for a loan and for that i would be charged and that it was stated in the terms and agreement. When i called to see about these charges i was told that they had the right do this. They told me that they could not tell me exactly where they were located or who exactly took the money, When I told them that I was turning them into my bank for fraud they said they documentation of me accepting the terms and agreement.

- This just happened to me! You say that they charged you this amount just for applying for the loan? Have the continued trying to charge your account? I've been told by my bank that I need to close my account! Ugh!
