I applied for a payday loan,and had 68 pounds taken from my account when they promise no UPFRONT FEES,This did not happen.I am severely Disabled and if I had £68 i would not have asked for £100! I am on Disability Benefits,and needed a loan for the MOT on my car,which I need for OBVIOUS REASONS.They only refunded 30 pounds which is a bloody cheek,as I STILL have NO LOAN.How can they get AWAY with this with vunerable people.I will report this to the Financial Ombudsman,Trading Standards,then take them to COURT for the remainder of the money they owe me.Being Disabled and on complete BED REST at the moment,ive Plenty of time to make sure this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!I will also go to my MP to get this brought up in Parliament.
