took 30.00 out of my checking account. web site is under construction. spoke to rep. was told the 30.00 was a check processing fee and if i accepted the loan they would refund the money. i told them i didnt apply for a loan and didnt want a loan. they said since i refused then they could not refund my money. i am filing a fraud complaint with my bank but i bet nothing will be done. i am out 30.00 plus an overdraft fee of 35.00 because of them.
