I ordered Ugg boots on december 16th. I paid an additional 25.00 for express mail. As of Today Dec 25th I have no boots and the routing number shows they are still in the sorting center. I have sent several emails to yourspay and the web site i purchased the boots from. I received answers like Christmas just another day wear the boots when I get them. They were suppose to be a gift. Im am requesting all my money be refunded.
