I ordered 10 wall lights from the Artemide range from this supplier. Very slick and professional website. Paid by credit card. Received order confirmation and some items were in stock but not all. Got several emails informing me of delays. Called many times to Italy-always very difficult to get an English speaker on the phone. Lights were supposed to be shipped 1/09 but nothing happened so I finally checked the internet and found many other scam victims who never received their lights. Need to know how to fight back now. Please help.
