I don't understand what was the charge for. At your site there was no word about payments like this. I have received no services from you. Get back my money, I don't need you. I never authorized you to charge my card for this amount.

I have some news about my complaint I have posted a month ago. Here is a live chat support www.gmoneyca.com/static/support. I contacted them to cancel the service and to get the refund. Here is the answer I've got:
Hello,
As per our recent chat conversation your subscription to the Grants Website has been cancelled with the cancellation number being #_________.
In detail could you please explain the reason why you are requesting for a refund?
Kindly reply back to this email immediately and the Refunds Department will verify and ensure you are available for the refund that you are requesting.
We look forward for your prompt response so we may take swift action to help you with your concern

I wrote to another email: [email protected] (the support e-mail was always returning stating it is not possible to contact with the recipient). Here is the answer:
