Update. I registered a complaint about this company last week. I take it all back! The day after I reported the complaint I got an email from DHL China with a tracking number. I was able to track my ugg slippers which I ordered from uggsoutlet.co.uk all the way from Hong Kong to Birmingham UK. The slippers arrived this morning just in time for Christmas Day :)
