I was initially charged a foreign fee on my account, which alerted me, because I have not ordered anything out of the country. Then I found a $39.95 charge from SUPPORTBLCD.COM, which turns out to be a porn sie called Whores in Charge. The website is located in Rumania. I immediately cancelled my credit card, and my bank is contesting the charges.
