Wanting to acquire a tech file. Last resort was Download Provider which showed 2 associated pdf files on their webpage. After I paid for a 3 day trial membership, the displayed pdfs had vanished and were replaced by advertisements.
In my email confirmation from [email protected] I was told the following:
'For your convenience, because you chose the re-bill option at purchase, your subscription will automatically be renewed until it expires, or until you choose to cancel your membership',and further on,'You have been billed as CCBILL, LLC for the amount of: 1.99(USD) for 3 days (trial) then 69.95 (USD) recurring every 30 days 1 time'. '1 time',meaning once every 30 days [it would seem so].

  • This was exactly my experience -- they do not have the downloads that
they appear to have before you pay. It is relatively easy to cancel
the expensive "regular membership" through CCBill, and $2 is cheap enough to teach me to be more wary.
