I just ordered an ugg boots on nov 25 and I'm still waiting to receive my order, I sent 10 emails to them and every time they reply with auto MSG that they are apologize for the delay, then they sent me MSG if I don't recieve my item due dec 21 then they will give me a refund, so what kind of company are they, they collect money from people then look what happen????if I don't receive my money back within 2 days I'll make a stop payment and no more shopping with this company,
I feel there is something wrong is going with this faked company and sorry to say that and I'll let every one know that before make an order with u
