First contact was on Facebook on 10/9/2011, was in London UK. States he was Engineer for company named Crescent Petroleum Co. at 1470 Grosvenor Crescent, Knightsbridge, London. Home address given of 27 Crescent Way, London, UK SE4. Traveled to Chennai India to do work on an oil rig. 1st problem, damage to equipment at rig, needed money to replace,
then needed money to send to daught Brenda at UK home address. Then needed money to transfer funds from his pay in India to UK, then to pay hired employees from India, to get passport back from Police. Said, no passport, so used Western Union to send funds to numerous individuals, primary name used was Ubabike Chima. Have retained all documentation and receipts.
