I order a pair of sneakers on 12.06.2012 for $75.99, free shipping and handling at the online site cheapjordanshoesvip.com. The money came out of my account from an online service debit via Beijing China on 12.07.2012 for $80.27. The site claimed free shipping, secure VeriSign payment process, and fast delivery. I have tried to contact their customer support 5 times by the online "contact us" and have not heard back regarding my order. The order status, although fully paid, has still not changed from "payment success". The sneakers were supposed to be a Christmas gift, leaving 20 days’ time to be delivered and I am without sneakers but more importantly without explanation of my order status, product, or reason for deducting 80.27 rather than the 75.99 from my account. I am filing this claim due to lack customer support, false and incorrect charges, and no merchandise delivered.
