I was tellemarketed by a man calling himself "Charles Johnson" He told me for the above named amount I would be receiving 10 monitized websites including webhosting for 3 years along with counseling and any help I would need 24/7. I signed into the "bizzsitecreator.com" website and nothing would work so I tried to contact support and the e-mail kept coming back as undeliverable.
I tried calling support for several days leaving message after message and nothing no call back. I tried to contact the tech and counselor that was to help me and also nothing all I got was a voice recording saying that the person was on the phone and his voice mail was full.. So I sent a copy of my receipt to [email protected] asking why nothing was working and I was wanting a full refund.. The next day this Jason fellow called me claiming that they were experiencing problems and his tech team was working on the problem this was on a Friday and he would get back with me on that following Monday.. He never called back so I started again trying to contact him after several more days the phone line was totally dead nothing would connect. So I called the phone company and they said the lines were down. So I started calling again the next day and finally got a hold of Jason again..
I told him again that the site still was not working and he suggested that I down load some viewer so he could get on my computer and see what was going on, well after about a half hour of him trying everything to get it to work he said he would have to consult his tech team about the problem and see if they could get it to work right. Well several more days went by including the weekend and still nothing and so I started my calling again and also sending another copy of my receipt plus asking again for a full refund as of this date I have not heard from them nor can I get a hold of anyone.. The same old voice mail that says " Voice mail is full and cannot take any more messages" So here I sit with no recourse but sent a complaint to the BBB, Attorney General of Arizona, and to the Federal Trade Commission, and see if they can do something.
