My experience is the same as everyone else's with Lipo slim. My wife hounded them for a refund policy on unopened products. They say you can return it for a full refund. The return address is a PO Box in Arizona. So, we will likely send it with a delivery confirmation via Fed Ex. However, for anyone that has opened their supply, use a different credit card and place another order. Then send back the new order for the original refund. Just make sure to cancel.
