I was another sucker that is bad for not reading the fine print. The company does actually state (in fine print) that they will charge your account if you plan on keeping the product and they will continue sending it to you if you dont cancel it. If you cancel within the same day they will not charge you for the shipping or the product but if you are more than one day late they will charge you for the shipping. I have learned my lesson and will now be reading the fine print! One woman was not helpful at all and said there was nothing she could do because there "computer system was down" I then called back immediately and got a different operator and she was very helpful and cancelled the order right away.
