This company took $30.00 out of my checking account without my knowledge or approval. This caused an overdraft in my account. I live on social security disability, so I check my balance often. I called and was told I needed to finish filling out the application - I never started an application -- I just want my money back. I went to the web site, was denied credit, called back and was told I was eligible for a refund due to the denial, but that I needed to try one more time with the application as there might has been a connection problem. Wait a couple of hours and try again. I did this, was denied again and still they will not refund my $30.00. Has anyone received a refund from these thieves?
