I applied to a company for a free sample on the 3rd of November,this company was liftglopro , I received my sample, but they then charged my account the sum of £68.31.I have since received a full refund for this.
However my details have obviously been-passed on to another company hence my complaint.
I have no knowledge of this instfrhealth company nor have I received any products, but I have two withdrawals from my account one on Nov 16th 2012,the second Dec 18 2012 each for £88.00 totalling £176.00.these withdrawals have made my account overdrawn and are causing huge problems,Please can you help me.
