International boundaries

I met Justin on the website OurTime.com. in Sept 2012. He shared with me he owned a computer business in Sacramento CA j-m computers (j-mcomputers.net) and was a computer expert. He was working very hard expanding his business internationally which was his dream. After weeks of emailing very romantic emails and poetry we exchanaged phone numbers. He delayed calling. After inquiring why he explained he had a Russian accent which typically scared away most women. I replied it was okay. We began talking via the phone but it was difficult to understand him at times. He shared with me he was working with the Dept of Homeland Security and IRS to obtain permits to receive international shipments of computers worth $1.5 million dollars to sell to Staples and Dell and would be making it big very soon. He was traveling to West Virginia to meet with customs where he discovered he needed to pay $32,000 in tariffs, charges he did not anticipate. He was short $20,000 and was trying desperately to come up with that money. He said he had obtained bank loans and loans from friends but was short $5000. After much coaxing about how he would pay me back in a matter of days as soon as his shipment of goods arrived and forwarding me a customs airbill I stupidly wired $2000 to his co-conspiritor Cynthia Simmons from Berkerly Springs, WV, whom he said was his customs agent. He then began to ask for additional money which I refused to send. He told me trust was an issue for me and has since refused to respond to my calls or texts. (916) 905-7516. This guy is good. In Nov 2012 I discovered I was the victim of credit card fraud of over $10,000. I am working with my credit card company to repair the damage but cannot help but think that this is tied to Justins and his line of business. He knows computers and is possibly a hacker as well as a scammer. He trolls lonely wommen, talks the talk, professes his love and shares his woes about his tariff problems to get women to send him money. He is a scammer, a hacker and who knows what else. I now see other complaints filed with the BBB and your website as well, all with the same story. I went to his business address on his website and it does not exist. 4244 Market St, Sacto, CA 95834. No such business. Please help us do something to stop this creep from scamming others. On the BBB website there is a complaint from a 74 year old woman whom he scammed $20,000 from.
