My story is the same as #188843. They names are the same as well as the copies of all the papers. Fortunately I got suspicious when "Kimmie" called to talk instead of Stephanie Banks and she couldn't remember what company she was calling from. I was contacted initially by a William Bishop from Premier Homes. that is when all the paper work started. As soon as they started to ask for up front monies this week and I couldn't talk directly to Danny Lemm or Richard SpereI refused to play the game. I called the California Division of Real Estate liscensing and also tried to get information on the companies without success. Do not pay upfront fees. Check out ARDA website for tips and questions to ask before any money is sent. Also CA DRE. has a great article on timeshare resale scams.
