Ordered a football jersey online through http://www.nflbuccaneersgear.com. I thought this site seemed legitimate, it had the McAfee Secure logo at the bottom of the page. After I ordered, received an email from tomjohn (email: [email protected]) confirming my order. The next day I received another email from tomjohn (this time the email address was [email protected]). I was given an item number which took me nowhere. A week later I was told that my jersey was backorder. I responded and said I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. These emails were sent from Tom Brady (email: [email protected]). All I received back was the letter 'K.' Luckily, I paid through PayPal so I have disputed my charge. The payment was taken out of my account the day after I placed my order. The seller on PayPal who received the money was houcai wu. The email address attached to the paypal account was [email protected]. I started to realize this was a scam after my latest email was flagged saying that the message could be spam to steal personal information.
Update: 12/28/2012
I was able to get my money back thanks to PayPal. So happy I got this problem resolved.

- Hi! I have a similar story that happened just tonight. I also paid with paypal, but since I had no money in my paypal account it was automatically taken from my bank account. I have not filed a dispute with paypal since I felt I needed to contact nbalakersproshop.com's "customer service" request for them to cancel my order. it has not shipped or anything, but I found out it never will by going on to this website. Anyway, I contacted my bank and told them to stop the "processing" transaction from paypal and they said they had to wait until it was processed and then I had to fail a claim. I was just wondering if you could keep us updated on your resolution with paypal. Thanks.

- I was able to get my money back through PayPal. My advice is to dispute the charge with paypal. They were awesome at communicating with me to get my money back.
