Mark Andrew said he was takine his daughter to Africa for a signing of a Oil Contract, He indicated he was a Civil Engineer, and needed money to feed his daughter and himself,because the bank in Africa was declining his debit card. so I felt sorry for him and his daughter Anita Andrew, so I wired him first $75.00 on 12-13-12 so they could eat, then he called back and asked my mom for $500.00 for a signing of some contract, indicates he is from Manchester London. Here are the phone # he has been calling me from 234-806-7967236 snd 0112348067967236 in Nigera, He also had me put a name on the Western Union-
form NNAEMEKA OKOEDE on both wire transfers, I was told that he would wire me back the $575.00 Monday 12-17-12 and he Mark Andrew did not. Please help me to recup this money as I am on disability and feel like a fool for beleiving this mans proposal of marriage. And to spend the rest of my life with him I have all this through emails if you need proof.

- Sir, you must absolutely have the wrong company. Our company only provides services in the United States and we don't even use Western Union. Please look again at your information.
