This company buries the ten day return, the 15% restocking fee for returned product, and the automatic re-order of more product deep inside their website under "terms and conditions". So, you get charged for the free sample and a couple months later you get billed again for another order. I suppose they are working within the legal rights of the law because of their small print, terms and conditions, but the whole process is designed to trap the unwary consumer. They are very quick to remind you that you agreed to their terms and conditions and so appear content to continue the procedure with as many customers as possible. With this type of marketing device I doubt the product actually preforms as advertized, nor would the user be able to make a valid assessment of the product's efficacy with the limited ten day free trial period.
