This individual is sending illegal emails from me to myself and others with an offer of par-time employment and remuneration of up to $2,000. I have not authorized this individual or company the use of my email and feel violated by their action.

It is a scam. The domains bestjobmark.com, usajobmark.com and freeusajob.com are registered to Fernando Zelmer of Leon, France. His email address is [email protected].
You can forward the emails to [email protected], the U.S. agency that investigates spam. Make sure to display the full header by selecting "view full header" under the Actions menu, then copying it and pasting it into the forwarded message in place of the abbreviated header.
I'd like to notify Signal Spam, the European authority that investigates spam, but it appears that only European users can send complaints to Signal Spam. I've forwarded many of the emails to the originating IP's, but they're located in many different countries - mostly European and Latin American. I don't know if Fernando has hijacked all of those servers.
I know that he is very brazen to be harassing us with these unsolicited emails and forging our email addresses. I wish Yahoo had a better way of reporting spam because this guy needs to be stopped. -
