PPLSI/Prepaid Legal Services, Inc. has refused (again) to give me a FULL REFUND (Enrollment fee included) on September 6, 2011, since I canceled my Membership on 9/1/11. When I contacted their referral Law Firm/ Parker Stanbury, LLP via telephone at (800) 526-8585/10:30am (returning Attorney Bernard's phone call (regarding my refund), I was told that I could not speak with him, because my account was LOCKED (because my PARTIAL refund was in the process of being refunded. I was told to call PPLSI Customer Service Dept. to get it unlocked first before I could speak to him or anyone else at Parker Stanbury Law Firm.

So, on 9/6/11 I contacted PPLSI Customer Service Dept. at (800) 654-7757/10:36am and spoke to the following Reps (in the order they are listed here)-1st/Brenda-CS Rep, 2nd/Kris-Refund Dept. Rep, 3rd/Tina-CS Rep, 4th/Tiffany-Account Analyst Rep? They ALL told me that they could/will not refund my FULL refund (Enrollment fee $10 included-this was the first I heard of and additional fee).

I have now/today begun to seek professional & legal assistance from the following in an effort to retrieve what they STOLE from me via their Prepaid Legal Services SCAM.

>Even after I told the Reps that I was deceived/LIED to by their Independent Associate (Nowell-(800) 775-9806) into Enrolling into their program as he step-by-step guided me through my online enrollment, so that he could make his commission and so that PPLSI could SCAM/STEAL $10/$36 from me ($26 Membership fee + $10 Enrollment fee-which I thought was included in the Membership fee, but to my SURPRISE I discovered by PPLSI CS Reps on 9/6/11 that its a separate fee). Nowell didn't say that I had to pay $36, he said that I needed and should select and pay for the $26 Membership when I asked him about the $19 Membership. He said that the $26 Membership will get me the IMMEDIATE (same or next day help that I needed, I told them that my situation was URGENT).

>Even after I told them that their website DOES NOT have a refund policy posted on it (which led me to believe that my Membership is refundable in FULL if PPLSI wasn't able to assist me in the manner in which I needed and as their Rep Nowell told me that they could/would, but DID NOT.

>Even after I informed them that their website DOES NOT say that my Enrollment fee of $10 was nonrefundable and separate from my Membership fee.

>Even after I told them that I canceled my Membership the next day 9/1/11, because I was told by John/Peter Stanbury, LLP (see emails below) that he could/would not do what I needed him/his Firm to do for me, which is when I requested a FULL refund from him/his Law Firm/PPLSI. He told me to contact PPLSI Customer Service to get it, which I did and am still doing/trying to get my FULL refund ASAP.

>Even after I told PPLSI Reps that I DID NOT receive any documentation from them AT ALL (not by mail/postal or email or fax) with their cancellation, prorate fee, nonrefundable enrollment/processing fee, refund policy and procedures in it (IT SHOULD BE ON THEIR WEBSITE so that Customers can know in advance what it is or we will believe that we can/will get a FULL refund in 30 days (if/when requested before it expires as is required by law). You don't just take people's money even if you DO NOT HELP THEM or give them what they are purchasing or give them what you said that you could/would give them. Their website doesn't have CANCELLATION info NO WHERE ON IT.

>Even after their Rep told me that, if PPLSI/Peter Stanbury, LLP could not help me like I NEED THEM TO, not like they want to, then I would get my money back. He DID NOT SAY all but $10 of it. He said I would get my money back (EVERY CENT THAT I PAID PPLSI).

You know as well as I know how much money PPLSI is making SCAMMING/DEFRAUDING people out of their money EVERYDAY/SECOND by LYING to them/telling them ANYTHING to get them to Enroll in their Membership just to keep/STEAL $10 from them that they haven't earned (done anything for them to get it). And, their Independent Reps who are collecting Commissions by doing the SAME thing. MILLIONS!!!!!!!

UPDATE: Today-9/6/11 at 3:36pm I HAVE (not PPLSI or Peter Stanbury, LLP) resolved my own legal matter with Sprint/VM and have received compensation as a result of my ordeal. By calling them via telephone LIKE I NEEDED PPLSI & Peter Stanbury, LLP to do, and like their Rep Nowell told me that they could/would do on 9/1/11, but DID NOT do.

I told PPLSI/Prepaid Legal Services, Inc. (via email), that I WANT and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND ASAP (Enrollment fee, etc. included), and DO NOT charge my Bank Debit/Credit Card again with ANY additional or future fees-EVER. I requested and canceled my Membership via Telephone/PPLSI Customer Service and by Fax and Email as they requested that I do via the Membership cancellation document they had me sign.

I want PPLSI/Prepaid Legal Services, Inc. business/SCAM investigated and brought to justice ASAP, and I am willing to take legal actions against them in a Court of Law to see that me and other victims of their SCAM get the justice we deserve. Thank you for your time and assistance.
