You will come across SYLK SKIN via advertisement on the internet. Normally placed in the advertisement section.
It will show great results for a face cream they sell and you can have a trial pot sent to you for free, only postage to pay.
They will ask for your credit card details to pay for the post. A small tub of their cream will be sent to you from Germany! why? A diversion to hide their own location. A couple of mille grams of the cream (very small) in size.
They ask a $3.95 dollars for postage but then charge your credit card $70 dollars each month. This will be calculated at the current exchange rate on your credit card if outside the USA.
For example; if you ordered 2 samples to try one for you and a friend they will charge you $140 dollars per month. The money is taken within 14 days however for the first transaction.
Here are their false call centres with people who cannot answer you complaints. Customer Care Agents at UK 0-808-234-2043 or US 866-405-1578 or by emailing them at [email protected].
Here is the address they point you to send your cream back when you request a refund but it does not exist. It will get lost in the post.

Type in the address in Google or an address that looks like it or very similar and go to Google maps, street view and look around, even that place is a farm. I have checked it out via contacts in Lutz Florida.
You must cancel the payments from this company with your credit card straight away. Do not cancel your card and request another one as its still set up for payments. YOU MUST CANCEL THE PAYMENTS BLOCK THEM.
Call them on the make up call centre and they will send you an email confirming they will cancel any agreement you made with them over the Internet. Reading the small print which you are diverted away from. However the contract is not valid due to the false address for returning an item to a none existent company returns address.
So you will lose your money, you won’t be able to find them and no one can help you. So in your own country call the trading standards authorities and report them collecting any evidence you can give them. Hopefully within time and 1000`s of complaints they may start to investigate them, but don’t hold your breath. Just do as I do tell everyone and put it out on the Internet.
If you live in the USA then call the local sheriff’s office location 7202 Gunn Highway Tampa Florida. It’s the nearest police station to the false address I can make out. Outside the USA they will not be able to help you or check the address out for you to confirm your suspicions.
