David Mclewee hired me as a graphic designer for a brochure job. It was rush, and we had agreed on a set price of $260.00. He signed my contract agreeing to the terms of payment upon receipt. 8 Emails and 5 phone calls later, he will not even respond.
Update: 09/16/2011
Yeah! Payment was received on 9/16/11. Invoice was sent on 8/2/11. If I wasn't promised payment upon completion of the project, I wouldn't have submitted a complaint. I'm just happy that I finally got payed!
