I ordered some sample face creams about 3 weeks ago, but there was nothing online to tell me what the cost would be to order more or that another order or charge would come if not cancelled, and because this information was not provided, I just assumed that the samples would be the only charge. Stupid me to think that anything was truly free, and now this charge has come off my bank account.

I got a call through to the company, but it sounded like it was in India or something and the guy on the other end of the telephone was absolutely useless. It was like talking to a human automated system. He kept telling me to try the product and call back Jan.7th. My own bank won't even reverse the charges. I want everyone to be aware as there may never be a waye to reverse this. I am going to continue this until all my resources are exhausted.

I have even posted this on facebook so lets see where that goes. I wanted all my friends and their friends to be aware of this type of fraud that can happen when you least expect it.
