I considered a payday loan on 11/16/2012 but didn't need it after all. a week after i get charged a $34 insufficant funds fee from my bank. because a check went through for a application processing fee that i didn't authorize from this loanassistanceco. and also charged a $30 application fee. My bank called and spoke with them i inturn spoke to them letting them know this was not authorized i didn't need their loan and i wanyed my money back they told me that i would recieve my money within 30 days i called them again today now they are telling me that i can't get my money back unless i take their loan then cancel it , that makes now since to me this is a scam if ever i have seen one. $30 nay not be alot for some, but for me it is. I can't afford to just give money away. PLEASE HELP!
