I also ordered a sampled and agreed to pay 4.95 for shipping costs. I also was billed 89.99 twice on my credit card. I have called and called this company and no one ever comes to the phone. I have emailed them and have gotten no response. Today in the mail they sent me another bottle which I did not agree to. I am so furious. This company is a huge fraud.
