I ordered Lipo slim for the free trial where i was just suppose to pay $4.95 shipping and handling fee. I read the terms and agreements and knew that i had to cancel within 14 days or i would be charged the full $79.99...As soon as i received my order which came i. 2 days, i started calling everyday to cancel "membership". I was on hold literally for almost 2 hours every call for about 4 days. The weekend came so i figured they were closed, come Monday i kept calling and finally after 2 hours 26 min i finally got a representative who i could not understand her accent she said i was suppose to cancel within 14 days ( this is all on day 8) i told her that that is what i was doing and she hung up on me!! So there i go again trying to call back and wait for another 3 hours!!when finally they answered i cancelled AGAIN but in the middle of getting a confirmation what do you know....THEY HUNG UP AGAIN!!! I figured i had canceled so didn't bother calling again for the rest of the confirmation # ..3 days later my account was charged $79.99 for the pills plus $25 Nsf...I just got off the phone with another unprofessional smartass representative and pray this time my cancellation actually went through!!
