I ordered my granddaughter a pair of Uggs from this company. I ordered a size 10 they sent me a size 10W. They are huge! I contacted them and have sent the pictures requested for return and they will not allow me to return them. I contacted five stores here to see if they carry a 10W and they do not and were unaware of that size. They I let them know that,but they want me to sell them to a friend and they will ship another pair for$75.00. I just want my money returned and they can have their boots.
What a great scam they have going on!
