I thought I was requesting a CD on how to get a government grant and I had no idea I was going to get charged $57.93.It seems I had 10 days to cancel or I would get charged that each month . I feel this was a scam. I called my credit card and they took it off but put it back on my card after 30 days as they said I coudln't proff my case. I have called the grants company and there answer is I looked at the site and never cancelled. How could I cancel when I didn't know I had a charge coming. Please help me if you can as this is an unfair charge. The credit card comany told me to send the unopened CD back to the Grants and because I didn't have proof I mailed it back they will do nothing.
