i placed four orders for items on her web site. i sent an email and asked how my orders were coming along. she asked what kind of spritz i wanted on the items . then i sent some other emails with no replys. so i looked on her web site and it says she's been ill and we can email if we'd like our money back which i did. i haven't heard a word from her since. now she sold the web site to somebody else.
