I was told during a six month time frame he needed money for hotel stay cause he couldn't cash travelers checks. Then he was mugged and needed money. Then his passport was stolen and he had me open a couple of ban accounts so his friend could deposit money to help him get back to the states and the money ended up being fraud and also had me get prepaid american express cards for the same reason which also ended up be fraud
