I ordered a gold bag from this company. They sent a cheap bag that was grey and looked nothing like the one I ordered. They originally sent messages that they did send the wrong bag and were investigating. Now they say I will have to pay $20.00 shipping back and they will only reimburse 80% which I don't believe as they have been completely dishonest to date. This was their error and I don't believe they even have the bag they advertised.
I have initiated 5 emails to this dishonest company. With no help accept asstated above.
