I received a collection letter dated December 10, 2012. I did not do business with this company and do not know what the charges are about. They have threatened to turn this in on my credit. It is the weekend and I cannot reach them but called Charles Schwab and they looked on the internet and said there are all these reports of scams related to this collection agency, ERS, and this company Kamparri Trading Ltd. I am taking this letter to the Sheriff in the a.m. If anyone can tell me what happens when you refute the charges, I'd appreciate it. Than you. Paula
