I ordered DVD on Hidvds.com, and finished payment for it by my credit card through procedure of the seller's payment site. But still now my payment has not recognized by the seller, yet. It is very strange, so I looked into about 95ePay.com. And I was very surprised that many people have same trouble like me. If they don't do nothing, I have no choice but to file a complaint.
