I recvd calls from a so called laywers office telling me i was getting arrested because i didn't pay this loan. She went on to tell me about all the coury cost and that i will spend 4 months in jail. I didn't have the money that day but paid it the next and she told me everything was ok. Got a call today which is Saturday stating the client filed the case which made the filing fee and what i owed to be over 2000.00 so they can refund me my money and i will be arrested on monday or pay the 1500.00 difference to get off some list. Even went as far to have someone call me to saying he was a police officer and he had a heavy accent. That's when i started investigating here. Wonder who is going to call me Monday.

- I received some calls from a lawyer telling me someone was suing me for 350,000 and it was a payday loan which I never took out, threatened with arrest and so on. I hung up on him. Must be this same lawyers that are calling other people. I never paid them though.
