I ordered a pair of slippers for for 11.97 in november. Started receiving multiple calls from marketing dept. I finally listen to their spiel and wound up purchasing a budget savers pamphlet for 1 dollar regarding many savings I would receive. I asked the representative I was speaking to multiple times about the 14 day free trial, seeing how the calls were being recorded and all, and to make sure that my 14 day trial would not start until the day I receive the packet. needless to say I received the pamphlet not until December 14 and I only had 4 more days left, to review the offer not 14 days,before they were going to bill my credit card. 4 days is not sufficient enough time to view things, let alone the contents in the packet are normally the same items I get in my news paper I too was offered a 60 dollar Walmart gift card that would come in the packet... needless to say there was no gift card for Walmart or any place else for that matter. Immedially called and spoke with a supervisor who informed me they were sorry for misleading me and they would send the form request for the gift card for me to fill out and return to the address provided and THEY would send the gift card, whether I canceled or not... that remains to be seen, not to mention I still have never received my slippers, which was the only reason I was calling to start with.... only time will tell but I will say this, if I'm not reimbursed I will be speaking with an attorney
