I ordered a pair of ugg boots for my husband. When the box arrived it was all taped up and destroyed and the outside packaging was all taped up too. As soon as I opened the box I knew they were fake uggs. Not only do they feel and look cheap, the didn't have the authentication logo that they hide on their products so you know they are real. There is no way to contact this company and no way to return them for a refund. I'm annoyed and want my money back. Someone needs to pay.
