I placed a order for two pair of UGG boots for myself and a friend for Christmas and only received one pair and they are fake. I sent a email asking for address to return as there is no return address on shipping label or web site. They ask that you use email. I have recieved no answer back. They have taken the money from my account and sent one fake pair of boots how am I going to give that for Christmas?
