Complaint 19068 Details

Applied for a payday loan online was never called or sent any paperwork saying I was approved for this or did I sign any paperwork agreeing to any ACH debits from my account. I was not called or did I receive any correspondence from this company or any of their affiliates. All of a sudden I receive $350.00 into my account which I did not use. Later I received a call from this company accusing me of fraud saying that I did not pay this loan back as agreed. I did not agree to anything. I told them to take their money back, because I did not agree to any loan from them.
Instead of taking their money back, they have continually for the past 5 months every two weeks taken $105.00. They have called and harrassed me on my job (employed with the State of Louisiana), harrassed my co-workers, have threatened to have me arrested for fraud when it is they who have committed the fraud. I have had to close my checking account because of them. They will not give any information or will they allow me to tell them to take their money back. When I go to talk about this they hang up on me and when I call back I get a message that the number is no longer in service. I have contacted our State Attorney General and have reported them and was told that they have numerous complaints about this company and that they are not licensed to operate in the State of Louisiana.
