the company has been lying on their website regarding their room sizes and accomodation.
they advertise that the rooms are 400 sqfeet. the size is not even close. They call themselves a 4 star hotel. Thats a joke . Thyey dont even have an alarm clock in their rooms. When discussed with management, their conflicting reports regarding how they are to handle this was evident of a company that knew they were frauding the public. they first promised that they will acomodate us with a larger room, later on the higher authorities called in and stated that my request was rediculous. They practically were calling me a liar but it was them who are lying and basically have an arrogant attitude of take it or leave it. It is difficult to come with your family and last minute get up and change hotels.
i hope others realize this to be the case and stop using this hotel.

Our website indicates the room size is "Approx. 400 sq. ft." and vary slightly in size based on the location of the room. Our smallest room size is exactly 398 sq. ft.
Our hotel is independently rated by AAA as a Four Diamond hotel each year since 1999. We are also independently rated 4 stars by all the largest online travel companies. Our hotel is also a verified member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
We do equip all rooms with a clock radio that includes an alarm clock. Occasionally the alarm clocks go missing or have maintenance issues. In either case, we are normally able to send up a new clock radio within a short time after it is reported.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience you experienced, but dispute any claims of fraudulent activity. -
